Carando Technologies, Inc.(CTI) is pleased to finally announce the official completion of the bulk asset sale of Carando Machine Works' (CMW) equipment and intellectual properties to Carando Technologies, Inc.

CARANDO TECHNOLOGIES, INC. was established December 18, 2003, by employees previously employed by CMW. Carando Technologies, Inc. purchased all assets of Carando Machine Works, Inc. and will be servicing all of your CMW equipment needs. Our employees have a combined 199 years of experience with Carando Machine Works' services and equipment and the owners have a combined total of 59 years. In addition to our full time employees, we have contracted with system integrators and engineers that have over 47 years of experience with our equipment and for those busy times, we have the ability to add to increase our capabilities utilizing engineers with over 20 years of direct experience with Carando equipment and designs. So, as you can see, we are well prepared to service our industries and we are dedicated to provide you with the premiere equipment that has been synonymous with the name "Carando" for well over 60 years.

As many of you know, we have relocated due to a City of Stockton redevelopment project and a buyout of the original building. We are now located four blocks west of our previous location at 345 N. Harrison Street, Stockton, CA 95203. The phone and fax numbers remain the same as do all e-mail addresses.

We are currently upgrading our equipment and moving into our new machining center directly behind our administration office. We have acquired additional space within the complex that will be used for assembly and prototyping. Finally, all items will be under one roof!

We have long term goals and an expansion program in place. WE ARE HERE FOR THE LONG HAUL. We are available for all of your equipment needs, parts, machinery and engineering services. We are positioned to provide our customers with the equipment and parts they need, at a price they can afford!
